Wild Card – Review

Today I thought we’d take a look at DTV Jason Statham release, Wild Card. Statham places Nick, a security specialist and degenerate gambler who lives in Vegas. He has friends all over the town, the town he loves as much as he loathes, and one night one of these friends is brutally assaulted by a Vegas big shot, and she wants him to help her get revenge.

It’s not a high-energy, over-the-top extravaganza you usually get from Statham. It’s a more laid-back type of film, but still features some pretty great pieces of action, along with a lot of other fun scenes and pretty well done characters. It’s only 90 minutes, and definitely worth your time. You can find this bad boy on Hulu. Dig it.
